- Develop, maintain, and implement procurement strategies for responsible materials/services, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Carry out RFQ, RFP, and RFI activities, and develop innovative supplier selection methods.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, covering certification, selection, performance management, portfolio management, collaboration, and development.
- Sign contracts and agreements with suppliers, following procurement processes and authorization regulations.
- Build a robust internal control environment, implement internal control management requirements, and ensure operational security.
- Requirement
- Minimal Bachelor’s Degree or above
- Fluency in Mandarin and Business English is a Must
- Procurement related experience minimal 3 years above
- Experience marketing and service procurement mainly involves media, public relations, digital (marketing), activity execution, store construction, activity material production, labor outsourcing (retail), and maintenance supplier (service) marketing and service procurement.

- Be able to withstand a certain amount of pressure
