Job Description
PT TYS Consultation Group is looking for:
- BPOM Regulatory Officer to handle Registrations of Cosmetic Company in Kalideres, Jakarta Barat.
Responsibilities:
- 1. Prepare all SOP documents required by BPOM
- 2. Process BPOM registration, Facility Audit, Factory registration, Product registration and Product Information File (DIP).
- 3. Process SKI for import and export.
Requirements:
- 1. University graduated with pharmacy degree (S1 Farmasi).
- 2. Certified as practicionary pharmacist (known as apoteker).
- 3. Have an active Pharmacist’s STRA (Surat Tanda Registrasi Apoteker).
- 4. Experienced minimum 2 years with BPOM Cosmetic Registration, including Facility Audit, Factory registration, Product registration and Product Information File (DIP).
- 5. Experienced in registration of Food, Health Supplement and PKRT product would be a plus.
- 6. Should be able to working full time and work from office.
