- Western Sydney University Indonesia (WSUI) is looking for an Administrative & Reporting Officer who will manage the full data process; including collection, management, and verification of academic and administrative databases. This role involves preparing reports, coordinating with various units, and distributing information related to PDDIKTI and LLDIKTI requirements.
- Main Responsibilities & Duties
- Collect, manage, and verify academic and administrative data for compliance with PDDIKTI and LLDIKTI reporting standards.
- Ensure compliance with PDDIKTI/LLDIKTI regulations and maintain data integrity through quality assurance processes.
- Coordinate with academic, IT, research, and administrative teams to compile necessary data and reports.
- Develop IT-enabled documentation and reporting processes and provide training on data collection procedures.
- Prepare, monitor, and communicate updates on PDDIKTI/LLDIKTI reporting requirements, producing detailed reports for internal review.
- Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Management, Education or a related field
- Excellent analytical, data management, data entry, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience working in higher education system.
- Familiarity with PDDIKTI and/or LDDIKTI feeder systems (SISTER, SIJALI etc) is highly desireable
