Qualifications:
- Female Good Looking, Maximum 30 Years Old
- experience in service or hospitality
- A minimum three years of relevant experience (with a multinational company or in legal services would be a plus)
- Computer literate
- Good English and Bahasa skills (spoken and written)
- The ability to work on challenging assignments in a team environment
- Good organizational skills, the ability to work well with people and ability to handle different tasks calmly
- Well-groomed and good voice/speech presentation
Job Description:
- Greet clients/visitors upon arrival, and handle queries.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
- In coordination with secretaries, check the condition of meeting rooms after they are used so that they are ready for the next meeting.
- Register bookings for office cars, conference rooms and courier service providers.
- Arrange driver schedules to pick up staff or visitors
- Handle general messages.
- Receive incoming deliveries with a sense of importance and urgency.
- Professionally handle unwanted visitors such as vendors, salesmen etc.
- Perform a daily check and follow up on the telephone system.
- Monitor any faulty telephone lines or other telephone system problems.
- Arrange hotel bookings.
- Make sure that the reception area is clean and tidy.
- Other administrative duties that may be reasonably requested.
