Job Description
- Zinc Bali is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account representative who will play an important role in executing our customer relation strategy. The candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our retail customers by maintaining adequate stock levels at customer premises, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to delivering a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Weekly customer visits
- Monitor competitive landscape
- Boost sales from existing customer base
Weekly customer visits:
- Conduct weekly store visits to retailers’ premises,
- Check Zinc Bali products display to ensure products are visible and well position vis-à-vis competitors’ products,
- Monitor stock levels, make sure there is adequate stock levels all times,
- Educate shop keepers on Zinc Bali products features,
- Collect latest feedback from shop keepers,
- Handle customer complaints,
- Collect contact information of key retail staff, develop and nurture staff relationship.
Monitor competitive landscape:
- Monitor competitive landscape, track competitors’ product offering, price points, etc.,
Boost sales from existing customer base:
- Collaborate with retailers and Zinc Bali management to develop strategy to boost existing store sales.
Candidate requirement:
- Have a motorbike
- Excellent communication skills, be friendly and curtious
- Fluent in English (Written and speaking)
- Capacity to summaries key information in a comprehensible matter
Computer skills:
Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
- Extremely detailed and able to prioritize tasks
- Ability of complete tasks in an autonomous matter
