Job Description
Primary Job Role:
- A training and development manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s training and development efforts. They work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and individual employees, to identify training needs, develop training programs, and measure the effectiveness of training interventions.
Job Descriptions:
- Maintains knowledge of new methods and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Reviews existing training programs; (plan, material, curriculum), suggests enhancements and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the needs of the organization.
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on operation processes, changes, and other factors.
- Evaluate instructor performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Conduct technical training and/or non technical trainining classes when necessary.
Managing learning management systems:
Manage and optimize the use of learning management systems (LMS) to deliver and track training outcomes.
- Produce training schedules and classroom agenda.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in any major.
- Minimum 3 years experiences in similar position.
- Knowledge of learning and development best practices.
- Excellent in presentation and conduct training.
- Excellent in training Implementation, development, evaluation & commercial.
- Longlife learner, visioner & passionate in Training and Development.
- Highly motivated, independent and high integrity.
