Job Description
- Candidates will take responsibility in the following;
- 1. Ensuring team members deliver comprehensive and complete technical drawings based on company standards.
- 2. Translate the design into technical drawings.
- 3. Oversee and check all the design specification and detail.
- 4. Deliver all the results based on the given time schedule.
- 5. Evaluate team’s performance and develop processes for improvement.
- 6. To improve team’s productivity and efficiency.
- 7. To build clear communication between divisions.
Qualification:
- 1. 25 – 40 years of age.
- 2. Candidate at least Bachelor degree in Interior Design or Architecture.
- 3. Has been involved as a team member or leader minimum in one ( or more ) of these kind of interior design project (office buiding, apartment building, hospitalities (hotel & resort project)).
- 4. Has experience in leading a project equal or larger than 5.000 m2 area or minimum 8 storey high building.
- 5. Minimum 4 years experience as Drafter in high end interior design project.
- 6. Good communicator, leadership, and an excellent team player but capable for individual task.
- 7. Pleasant personality and capable to work under pressure, discipline, attention to detail, proactive, and result oriented.
