Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years experience as Service Engineering in Electronics & Mechatronics industry
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical and electrical problem
- Have a good communication skill, good interpersonal skill and analytical skill.
- Good communication in English both oral or written
- Willing to work in Jakarta and Cikarang
Job Descriptions:
- Visit to customer site for installation
- Repair product welding system and genba check Training and providing technical support to customers
- Report unresolved or recurrent problems to the internal team and follow up to maker
- Analyze service planning
- Make a service monthly report to management.
