- Qualifications & experience
- Female or Male, max. 35 years old
- Minimum 2 years of experience in interior design
- Proficient in SketchUp, 3Ds Max + V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Photoshop
- Strong team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; fluency in English is an advantage
- Submitting a portfolio, if available, is encouraged and will be viewed favorably
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop creative design concepts and space planning solutions based on client requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and renderings using SketchUp, 3Ds Max + V-Ray, AutoCAD, and Photoshop.
- Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories that meet design criteria.
- Collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless execution of design concepts.
- Conduct site visits to ensure designs are being implemented according to specifications.
- Present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed.
