  • Qualifications & experience
  • Minimum experience 1-2 years in Administration function.
  • Able to speak English, Mandarin is advantage
  • Able to operate computer (excel, Microsoft word)
  • Tasks & responsibilities
  • Providing reception and administrative support in order to ensure that office administration service are provided in as effective and efficient manner
  • Assisting HR & Administration on administration works

Performs office service functions:

Receive and distribute incoming mail, open and date stamp all general correspondence. Arrange outgoing letter, package, documents with delivery service / messenger Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone

General admin function:
