- Bachelor Degree from reputable university (GPA minimum 3.00)
Required language:
fluent in English & Mandarin verbal & written
- Having logistics background
- Familiar with shipping knowledge
- Preferable has 1-2 years experience (fresh graduates are welcome)
- Can well operate Ms. Office application

Job Description:
- Handling documentation & arrangement of vessel activity
- Coordinates operational activities at the port, while ensuring compliance with customs and immigration procedures
- Monitoring discharging/loading activity in port & provide daily report to vessel owner every morning by email
- Reporting vessel departure/berthing activity to vessel owner by email
- Preparing BL to vessel owner / shipper for export activity
- Arranging crew change / provision if needed by vessel owner
