Job Description

Key job responsibilities include:

  • Provide consistent after-sales services to customers and handle sales-related paperwork.
  • Process new develop order and create sales confirmation.
  • Filling documents & data process.
  • Responsible for achieving individual/team targets set by the company.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, offer solutions, and provide necessary support throughout the sales process.
  • Planning & control delivery, AR, FG stock, forecast paper.
  • Handling Import/Export matter including prepare customer documents according to freight delivery needs if needed.
  • Able to manage daily operation works inclusive AR, pending shipment, compiling SC orders, and to coordinate with Mills operational.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with experience in sales, import/export administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong communication in English
  • Familiar with all Ms. Office
  • Fast learner, good teamwork, open minded and having the mindset of continuous grow.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for managing data and coordinating multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willing to work in Medan, North Sumatera
