1. Organize and ensure the quality of sampling inspection, participate in the inspection of new requirements and products, and guarantee the quality of products leaving the factory. 2. Organize the formulation of a sampling inspection plan, develop inspection procedures, organize technical requirements, and plan requirements for pre inspection review. 3. Analyze the quality of statistical sampling and provide feedback to relevant departments. 4. Track and understand the production process and market feedback on quality. 5. Maintain the laboratory for testing and calibration of electric energy meters, conduct export product inspections, and issue relevant reports as needed. 6. Organize the safety production work of the department. 7. Implement internal performance evaluation within the department, build and cultivate a good talent pool in the department
