Job Description
Sourcing and Attraction:
- • Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and industry events.
- • Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Screening and Interviewing:
- • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications.
- • Conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
- • Coordinate and conduct in-person interviews with users.
Collaboration with users:
- • Partner with users to understand job requirements and expectations.
- • Provide guidance on market trends, salary ranges, and other recruitment-related matters.
Candidate Assessment:
- • Administer skills assessments, tests, and other evaluation methods to ensure candidate suitability.
- • Check references and perform background checks as needed.
Documentation and Reporting:
- • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and progress in the recruitment process.
- • Generate reports on recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the management team.
Candidate Experience:
- • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- • Communicate effectively with candidates, keeping them informed of their status in the hiring process.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience:
- • Proven experience in recruitment or a related HR function, preferably in construction field or Real Estate.
- • Familiarity with various sourcing methods and recruitment tools.
- • Prefer domicile in Bali.
Skills:
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
Knowledge:
- • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Technology:
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
