- This regional role covers Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore, focusing on managing relationships and communities. Key responsibilities include scouting, recruiting, and developing creator and affiliate partnerships, as well as coordinating with agencies for activities like livestreams and promotions. The position involves growing brand affiliate communities, building strong relationships with TikTok representatives and key stakeholders, and addressing shopper inquiries to foster a positive environment. Additionally, the role contributes to the development of a social commerce strategy aligned with business goals and involves monitoring performance metrics to provide insights and optimize TikTok commerce features for improved user experience and sales.
Requirement:
- WNTA, bachelor degree with age max Up to 35 years old as long as very familiar with TikTok
- Min 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on TikTok and e-commerce
- Must be fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia/Melayu and English
- Proven experience managing and scaling TikTok/ TikTok Shop or similar e-commerce platforms
- Strong understanding of TikTok ecosystem, including trends, best practices, and growth strategies.
- Excellent influencer management skills, with a track record of managing multiple influencers at a time.
- Experience working with agencies and internal teams to drive coordinated efforts.
- Analytical skills to generate and interpret reports on engagement and sales metrics.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to work with TikTok reps and other stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the paid advertising tools on TikTok and how to drive a full-funnel strategy on the platform.
- Content creation skills, including live hosting, are a plus.
- Demonstrated experience working with editing platforms such as Canva, CapCut, etc, are a plus.
