Job Qualifications:
- Minimal Senior High School
- Minimum 1 years experiences as Warehouse Operator
- Basic understanding in work safety and process safety of manufacturing.
- No color blind is a must.
- Able to operate diesel forklift and reach truck, owning SIO Forklift is must.
- Hard worker, good communication, honest, good interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with SDS, FCL, LCL requirements, DG goods, safety label, GHS label is advantages
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
Job Descriptions:
- Handling incoming finished goods
- Handling incoming finished goods from external (transfer) or return, handled well appropriate with article number, product name, batch number, quantity. Received in good packing condition.
- Pick up finished goods and Put way to bin
- Handling pick up finished goods and put way to the storage bin correctly (actual and SAP system).
- Preparing finished goods to be delivered
- Preparing finished goods based on Transfer Order and make sure all the goods prepared correctly and tally, neat, good packing condition and ready to be delivered.
- Attaching marking before product delivered
- Attaching marking and some labels as product identity and as a requirement from certain destination country before product delivered.
- Mixing product / batch
- Handling separating finished goods, repacking, wrap, re-pallet and rope finished goods if necessary.
- Handling products to the container/ truck
- Handling products were delivered in time, safe, good packing condition, right stacking, and loading to the right container/ truck.
- Daily control of equipment
- Doing daily control forklift (diesel and electric), truck, etc maintenance in order to get minimal down time of those equipment.
- Cycle counting and annual stock count
- Doing periodical cycle counting and annual stock count to identify potential stock deviations and to balance the stocks between SAP system and actual.
- Following all instruction from superior & make daily report
- Following all instruction from superior & make daily report of all activity in related section in order to have clear picture and record of the section activities, keep going the coordination & teamwork among section.
- Work Safety and Process Safety
- Follows established work safety and process safety regulations to prevent potential work incident and accident.
- Safety & Cleanliness
- Maintains, controls, records and reports all house keeping, safety and hygiene duties of Warehouse area following the implementation of 5S standards.
