We offer a wide variety of flowers, including fresh flowers, dried flowers, and custom flower arrangements. To enhance our customers’ experience, we also have a cozy tearoom that serves a selection of teas from various brands, along with coffee, light snacks, and cakes. In addition, we have a collection of unique accessories that you can browse, perfect for treating yourself or finding a thoughtful gift for a loved one.
  • Qualifications & experience

Experience in Food and Beverage Service:

Prior experience working in a tea shop, café, or restaurant is often preferred, especially with tasks related to preparing beverages or customer service.

Customer Service Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are key for interacting with customers in a friendly, helpful manner. A positive attitude and the ability to provide great service are crucial.

Time Management and Multitasking:

The ability to handle multiple orders at once, work efficiently, and manage busy times without compromising quality.

Food Safety and Hygiene Knowledge:

Understanding of basic food safety, hygiene regulations, and health standards.

Ability to Work in a Team:

Tea salons are often team-oriented environments, so being able to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues is valuable.

Physical Stamina:

Barista roles often involve standing for long periods and working in a fast-paced environment, so physical stamina is beneficial.

  • Tasks & responsibilities

Preparing and Serving Tea and Beverages:

The barista is responsible for brewing and serving a variety of teas, both hot and cold, as well as other beverages like coffee, juice, or tea-based drinks.

Maintaining Cleanliness and Organization:

Ensuring that the serving area and seating area are always clean and tidy. This includes cleaning tables, tea equipment, and other tools used.

Arranging and Displaying Tea Products:

Organizing and displaying tea products attractively, ensuring the stock is well-maintained.

Providing Excellent Customer Service:

Greeting customers, taking orders, and delivering friendly and professional service. They should also explain the tea menu to customers if needed.

Preparing Light Snacks:

In some tea salons, baristas may also prepare light snacks or desserts that complement the tea, such as small sandwiches or pastries.

Managing Inventory:

Ensuring that supplies such as tea, milk, and sugar are well-stocked, and informing management when inventory runs low.
