Requirements:
- 1. Bachelor in Accounting or Finance degree
- 2. Have an experience min. 3 years as Finance and Accounting
- Manager (FAT) in FMCG/Fuel/Parts or others
- Distribution Company (preferred)
- 3. Understand tax system, especially in trading
- companies
- 4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and
- decision-making skills. Strong leadership and
- team management abilities
Job Descriptions:
- 1. Mantain control and overseeing the financial
- operations and AR fucntions within the region
- 2. Managing finance team and ensuring efficient
- financial processes, accurate accounting processes and
- timely collection of outstanding invoices
- 3. Develop, implement and monitor financial
- strategies and budgets for the region & analyze
- financial data to identify areas for costs
- optimization and revenue growth
- 4. Supervise and lead AR team, providing guidance
- and resolving overdue accounts
- 5. Accurate & timely financial reports for the region
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with
- key customers and resolve financial disputes or
- issues
- 6. Prepare a variety of ad hoc financial scenarios as
- requested mitigate financial and credit risk
