Job Description
Job Responsibility:
- End to end recruitment from screening candidates, interviews to onboarding
- Building a talent pipeline from various search methods
- Responsible for employer branding from social media and maintaining our partnership with universities
- Handle recruitment reporting and other tasks given by superior
- Handle recruitment data management
- Work closely with users to understand their staffing requirements and specific job objectives
- Create and maintain relationships with other business and HR functions through strategic partnerships
- Develops and maintains strong networking relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent sources
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above majoring in Human Resource Management/ Psychology/Industrial Engineering or other related major
- At least have 3 years of experience as a recruiter
- Full Professional Proficiency in English (Mandarin is a plus point)
- Proactive, Driven, Goals & Details Oriented, Fast learner
- Good Analytical Thinking and Interpersonal skills
- High interest and love recruiter task
- Willing to work in North Jakarta, PIK.
