What You’ll Do:
Inbox Management & Email Correspondence (40%):
Manage Nathan’s inbox, filtering emails, and drafting responses to ensure clear, efficient communication with clients, contractors, and partners.
Administrative Support (25%):
Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, meeting organisation, and optimising workflow.
Project Coordination (20%):
Help oversee projects across departments, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks stay on track.
Personal Life Administration (10%):
Organise quotes for insurance, travel plans, renewals, and handle related logistics when needed.
Miscellaneous Executive Tasks (5%):
Support Nathan with other ad-hoc duties as required.
Who You Are:
- Fluent in English—both written and spoken.
- Fast and accurate typist with excellent email communication skills.
- Confident and professional on the phone.
- An iPhone/Apple user.
- Passionate about learning, problem-solving, and creating efficiencies.
