Job Description
- We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team at an authentic Middle Eastern restaurant. The primary responsibility of this role is to conduct sales calls, generate leads, and attract new customers to our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, have a background in sales, and be motivated to expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our restaurant’s offerings.
- Generate and follow up on leads to secure new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, catering partners, and businesses in the community.
- Present the restaurant’s menu, special offers, and services to potential customers over the phone and through in-person meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales pitches and promotional campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
- Track and report sales activities, including calls made, leads generated, and deals closed.
- Participate in networking events and community activities to increase brand awareness.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong phone sales skills with the ability to engage potential customers and close deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain relationships with a diverse range of customers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
