PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk or its subsidiaries are looking for high potential candidates to be employed as Payroll Officer with the following details:
Requirements:
- Minimum a bachelor’s degree in engineering, math, accounting, or other related major from a reputable university with GPA>3.50
- Proven experience as a payroll officer for a minimum of 3 years
- Able to do payroll calculation using Excel
- Understand tax calculation (PPh21)
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with state labor laws (UU Ciptaker).
- Strong Mathematical skills and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English is required
- Previous experience in using HRIS system such as Greatday will be an advantage
Job Descriptions:
- Collecting daily, weekly, and monthly employee timesheets
- Calculating employee benefits and deductions
- Preparing employee compensation checks using Excel
- Ensuring taxes comply with company and state regulations
- Scheduling electronic payments and handing out paychecks
- Preparing payroll reports
- Distributing payment statements
- Responding to employee questions about compensation, taxes, benefits, and deductions
- Entering new employee data into the company database
