Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Take lead in Customs and Tax audit related to company import and export activities.
- Manage items distribution to various customers in terms of operational and commercial aspects to achieve assigned delivery target.
- Manage Exim & Purchasing team and warehouse team including operation for receiving, storage, packing and shipping, and security.
- Manage the warehouse entirely, maintain inventory data accuracy, and participate in stock taking process.
- Be able to negotiation with Suppliers and Forwarders.
- Oversee and supervise the delivery order plan.
- Provide weekly/monthly report
Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor’s degree in any majors, preferably in business or supply chain
- Have minimum 3 years working experiences as Exim in retail industry
- Understand the Supply Chain Management.
- PPJK certified and have excellent knowledge for harmonized code and Import/Export restriction documents and tariff. (is a plus)
- Have some knowledge in system
- Fluent in English, possess good communication and clerical skill.
- Experience in warehouse operation and understand the key to Warehouse Management.
- Experience in domestic distribution and shipping.
- Knowledge of prevailing laws, regulations, permitting requirements as they apply to import process.
- Prior experience in Logistic, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain for any of raw material in retail
