Job Description
Role and Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential clients or new business opportunity to promote, sell, and market medical equipment products (all product)
- Achieve and exceed the sales target through innovative sales strategies
- Develop and maintain new and grow existing relationships as well as leverage customer relationship to increase sales revenue in territory, client satisfaction and retention
- Attend trade shows and medical equipment exhibition
- Able to effectively communicate the product details and negotiate terms and pricing with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience related to Medical Device Business
- Bachelor degree in Medical Laboratory Technology/Health Analyst/any other relevant major
- Good understanding of Healthcare Market and related procedures
- Good understanding in purchasing procedures for government hospitals, private hospitals and government agencies (public health office, etc) as well as e-catalog, bidding process and joint operation (KSO)
- Good presentation skills, negotiation skills with strong sales and marketing strategy is a must
- Ability to use CRM/Sales Force applications
- Having own vehicle
- Native applicants from Manado are mandatory
