  • Implementing and managing HR functions

Job Description:

  • Implementing and ensuring the execution of company policies in accordance with applicable procedures across various work units.
  • Executing Human Resources functions (IDP, TR, Coaching, Counseling, Mentoring, TMP/HVA).
  • Managing Performance Management/OD/IR/C&B/Communication/System & Procedure/Staffing & Recruitment functions and outsourcing in the assigned work units while aligning with central policies.
  • Providing training and education on training modules from the central office as well as in response to initiatives from superiors and individuals.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management, People Development, and related fields.
  • Familiar with handling Industrial Relations.
  • Has connections with regulatory authorities (Disnaker – Manpower Office).
  • Handles Payroll, Recruitment, and Training.
  • Manages all employees in compliance with regulations (PKB, Omnibus Law).
  • Placement in Lampung.
