- Implementing and managing HR functions
Job Description:
- Implementing and ensuring the execution of company policies in accordance with applicable procedures across various work units.
- Executing Human Resources functions (IDP, TR, Coaching, Counseling, Mentoring, TMP/HVA).
- Managing Performance Management/OD/IR/C&B/Communication/System & Procedure/Staffing & Recruitment functions and outsourcing in the assigned work units while aligning with central policies.
- Providing training and education on training modules from the central office as well as in response to initiatives from superiors and individuals.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Talent Management, People Development, and related fields.
- Familiar with handling Industrial Relations.
- Has connections with regulatory authorities (Disnaker – Manpower Office).
- Handles Payroll, Recruitment, and Training.
- Manages all employees in compliance with regulations (PKB, Omnibus Law).
- Placement in Lampung.
