- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in leading and managing creative teams, a creative leadership or project management role
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills, strong organizational skills, and a deep understanding of the latest content and design trends
- Proficient in using design and project management software
- Able to motivate and inspire a team, provide clear direction, and resolve conflicts effectively
- Having a branding portfolio is an added value
- Having copywriting skills, Creative Direction and Branding skills, Creative Strategy and Graphic Design skills, and Team Management skill
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Manage and direct a creative team, including content writers, graphic designers, videographers, and photographers
- Plan, develop, and execute effective content strategies for various platforms (social media, websites, etc.)
- Ensure all creative projects are completed on time and according to project requirements
- Ensure all content produced is high quality, interesting, and relevant to the target audience
- Regularly evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with the digital marketing team and other departments to ensure alignment of messages and project goals
