What you will do:
- As a Social Media Specialist, you play a pivotal role in providing our community with timely, personalized responses and memorable proactive interactions across various social platforms. Your responsibilities encompass making creative judgment calls and recommendations daily and working closely with other social media specialists to prioritize tasks based on their importance.
- In addition, you handle influencer and paid-media projects related to the products and platforms under your purview. From crafting briefs to approving content and spearheading influencer collaboration initiatives, you oversee the entire process with precision.
You will fit in this job if you:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in English literature, journalism, communications, marketing, or related
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience working as a social media specialist, social media strategist, content specialist, or similar roles
- Excellent writing/copywriting skills
- Fluent in English
- Familiarity with social media tools (Socialbakers, SproutSocial, Hootsuite, Phalanx, etc.)
- Ability to make digital plan board/calendar for executing campaigns
- Challenger working in Startup (VUCA) Environment
- Excellent communication skills
