  • Driving company current and future business growth in printing and packaging industry
  • Organizing in sets and plan sales volume/revenue/margin targets
  • Increase sales revenue by year to year
  • Maintain sales efforts and costs within the target identified by management
  • Responsible for overall sales growth
  • Work with the management team to set revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis
  • Work with management team to devise and implement innovative plans and strategies
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and monitor their preferences.
  • Prepare quotes for prospects and completes RFI and RFP
  • Resolve escalated customer issues and customer complaints regarding sales and service.
  • Provide expertise when setting and adjusting pricing plans
  • Provide advanced negotiation expertise
  • Determine and assign sales quotas, targets, and/or goals. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue and for one or more sales territories and opportunities
  • Develop sales strategies to acquire new customers or new projects
  • Set targets, performance plans, and objective standards for sales team
  • Track sales team metrics and share them with company leadership.
  • Analyze sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps
  • Increase customer satisfaction ratings by create innovative plans and programs for upselling
  • Plan and implement safety and training programs by QMS and EMS management system properly.
  • Experiences and Qualifications.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
  • Minimum of five years of successful sales experience.

Preferable have experience/background:

  • Tobacco or cigarette industry
  • Printing and packaging industry or at least technical knowledge in print

Posses experiences:

  • design, implement and execute CRM business processes and associated applications
  • implement effective strategies and activities that promote long-term customer loyalty
  • project management skills to identify, coordinate, communicate, schedule and determine resources for each project and customer activity
  • familiarity with organization’s policies, standards and procedures guiding customer interactions
  • practices, tools, and techniques for communicating with a customer
  • apply the processes, activities and tools associated with managing customer requests
  • Able to provide guidance, direction, goals, feedback, discipline and delegate authority
  • Strong human relation/people management skills
  • Able to handle multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong presentation skills in English and Bahasa
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to make quick decisions
  • Solid financial reporting
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Excellent computer proficiency
