- Co-lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Assist in strategic planning initiatives and collaborate with department heads to gather inputs for budgets and forecasts.
- Act as first reviewer sales & advertising expenses monitoring processes including accrual review
- Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Analyze financial performance against budgets and forecasts, providing insights and recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements in financial reporting and analysis.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experienced for at least 3-5 years in the related field, which handle Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting (preferably within the FMCG industry)
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in financial modeling and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence stakeholders.
