Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell luxury yacht services, focusing on exclusive destinations like Labuan Bajo and Raja Ampat.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Customize sales proposals based on client preferences, ensuring they have tailored diving and yachting experiences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns targeting diving enthusiasts and adventure travelers.
- Provide detailed knowledge of the yachts, destinations, and diving opportunities to potential clients, highlighting the unique underwater experiences in Labuan Bajo, Raja Ampat, etc.
- Gather client feedback and provide insights to the operations team for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, including diving regulations and popular dive sites.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in yacht charters, travel, or luxury services.
- A strong understanding of diving experiences, especially in Labuan Bajo and Raja Ampat.
- In-depth knowledge of dive sites in Indonesia, particularly Labuan Bajo and Raja Ampat.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
