Job Description
Planning and monitoring project cost:
make bill of qty projects, make capex/approval budget, reconciliation budget and FAR accounting
- Implementing short term and long term work plans related to development projects.
- Research and making strategy related to development projects then execute properly.
- coordination regarding work and providing the necessary information to vendor/contractors/consultant/third parties related to development projects.
- performing the function of supervising the work implementation of projects conducted by third parties and reporting work results
- Check all working agreements related to development projects whether from consultants/thirds parties.
Make reports related to project administration required:
Closing budget report.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architect.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management.
- Strong understanding construction techniques and budgeting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
