Job Description
Responsibilities:
- 1. Actively researching, identifying and searching for new influencers
- 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with talent managers, agency & KOL directly to execute brand activations and content campaigns
- 3. Build an influencer database
- 4. Research and identify key influencers across multiple digital platforms to build powerful brand experiences
- 5. Negotiate costings appropriately to ensure mutually beneficial agreement
- 6. Implement influencer engagement campaign by liaising and coordinating with influencers on their requirements, timeline and deliverable
- 7. Track, analyze & report
- 8. Monitor social media feeds of competitors and influencers to gauge trends and aspiration
- 9. Conceptualize & manage demand driving strategy, executive and creating events involving influencers, KOLs across beauty, technical and popular culture
- 10. Construct end-to-end full-scale key-influencer campaigns that support brand initiatives, objectives & KPIs
Requirements:
- 1. Proven min. 1 year of working experience in KOL/Influencer Management or similar role
- 2. Having experience working with MCN before (min. 1 year)
- 3. Familiar with Shopee Livestream and able to build strategies to increase brand GMV
- 4. Have a huge database of Nano, Micro, Macro KOL
- 5. Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Public Relations, or related major
- 6. Proven experience in handling a broad range of talents, especially in the beauty industry
- 7. Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and problem-solving, enjoy communication with users and deliver daily support with a strong user-driven mindset
- 8. Strong planning skill for online & offline campaigns, creative and good at brain-storming
- 9. Able to join ASAP
- 10. Willing to do WFO policy
