Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the company’s annual budget and financial forecasts.
- Prepare and present financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing recommendations for cost savings and revenue improvement.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.
- Oversee cash flow management, banking relationships, and investment strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or a related role.
- Willing to be placed in Manado, North Sulawesi.
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
