Job Description
- Managing cinema development projects from the initial stage to the opening of the cinema.
- Developing technical details of the construction’s schedule (Master Schedule) at each stage.
- Making a list of each type of project from the Master Schedule that has been created to align the sequence of each job .
- Arranging team’s daily activity in the field (Site Manager) to oversee the project, and coordinate with other parties related to the project
- Tracking and monitoring every progress of work in the field and providing reports to management and related parties, including Mall / Landlord to avoid potential delays.
- Receiving SBO (Supplied by Owner) goods and ensuring the safety aspects, as well as overseeing the installation process in the field
- Responsible in documenting project’s softcopy and hardcopy reports. Giving suggestions to the direct supervisor related to the training/development plan
- General Qualification
- Proven track record as Project Manager in Retail Industry minimum 3 years.
- Domicile arround Pekanbaru it’s a must.
- Good communication skill.
- Willing to work all across Indonesia to ensure project completion on time, on budget, and good quality
- Having knowedge to Time Schedule ( Microsoft Project ) dan Curve “ S “.
- Able to operate CAD 2D & 3D
- Having knowledge to use Microsoft Office
