Job Description

Job Summary:

  • The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing and supporting marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and overall business growth. This position involves supporting the marketing team in implementing campaigns, creating digital content, managing social media, and conducting market research. The ideal candidate will also possess skills in videography, photography, digital advertising, and content creation to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing efforts across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Support:

Assist in the development, execution, and monitoring of integrated marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and paid advertisements.

Content Creation:

Write, edit, and design content for digital platforms, including social media posts, blogs, emails, and website updates. Develop high-quality multimedia content, including videography and photography, for use across various marketing channels.

Digital Advertising:

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) to increase traffic and conversions.

Social Media Management:

Oversee social media accounts by creating content, scheduling posts, engaging with the audience, and tracking performance across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Event Coordination:

Assist with organizing and coordinating marketing events, trade shows, and product launches, including logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support.

Market Research:

Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and help identify new opportunities.

Analytics & Reporting:

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, digital ads, and social media using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to optimize future campaigns.

Brand Management:

Ensure that all marketing materials and communications reflect a consistent brand image and voice across all platforms.

Vendor & Collaboration Management:

Coordinate with external vendors for tasks such as digital advertising, printing, and promotional material creation. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales, design, and product development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing role (internship experience included).
  • Proven skills in videography and photography with experience in content creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro).
  • Experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising and experience with platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and SEO knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics for performance tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
