- SJI Oleo is an Indonesian based fully intergrated palm oil company focusing on downstream operation. Our scope ranges from producing, sourcing, refining and trading of palm oil and its products. - Requirements
- · Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- · Minimum 10 years of experience as a plant manager in Palm Oil.
- · Have strong leadership and management skills to lead plant staff.
- · Have a strong understanding of manufacturing machinery and technology.
- · Have excellent time management and personal organization skills.
- · Able to work under pressure.

- · Report directly to the CEO of the company.
- · Plan, organize, direct, and run the day-to-day operations of the plant.
- · Responsible for production output, product quality, warehouse, and logistics.
- · Implement strategies and provide clear direction and focus.
- · Implement and maintain a customer-oriented culture in the plant.
- · Oversee overall production to ensure quality and efficiency targets are met.
- · Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity
- · As well as performance standards, metrics, and targets to ensure effective return on assets.
- · Ensure the machine is in good working condition.
- · Create a good working environment and handle employee problems or complaints.
- · Report production activities to management.
- · Implement good ethics, polite and helpful attitude towards everyone.
- · Follow, respect, and help improve the company’s mission, vision, and values.
- · Implement ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001 standard Quality Management System.
