Position Overview:

  • The Preschool Marketing and Administrator plays a crucial role in promoting the school’s mission, programs, and community engagement. This position combines marketing strategies with administrative support to enhance enrollment, foster relationships with stakeholders, and ensure the smooth operation of school activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the school’s programs and events.
  • Manage social media platforms, website content, and promotional materials to effectively communicate the school’s message.
  • Organize and participate in open houses, school tours, and community events to showcase the school to prospective families.
  • Collaborate with staff to create engaging newsletters, brochures, and other communication materials.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.

Administrative Duties:

  • Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, organizing events, and maintaining records.
  • Support the enrollment process by coordinating applications, conducting follow-ups, and responding to inquiries from prospective families.
  • Maintain databases related to marketing efforts and student enrollment.
  • Assist with budgeting and financial reporting for marketing initiatives and school events.
  • Ensure compliance with school policies and procedures in all marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in marketing, administration, or a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, graphic design software, and website management.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships.
