- Responsible for the entire recruitment process, from sourcing, screening, interviewing to final selection of candidates.
- Seek potential candidates who meet the qualifications required by the company.
- Coordinate with managers and relevant teams to understand recruitment needs.
- Ensure the completeness of candidates’ documents before the selection process.
- Manage and maintain a candidate database.
- Conduct interviews in Mandarin (both verbal and written) as required.
- Build relationships with educational institutions and relevant professional communities for sourcing candidates.
- Prepare recruitment reports and provide strategic recommendations regarding the selection process.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new employees.
Qualifications:
- At least 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or human resources.
- Proficient in Mandarin, both spoken and written
- Strong communication skills, especially when interacting with different levels of management.
- Analytical skills in assessing candidates’ competencies and qualifications.
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Experience using online recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, Jobstreet, etc.) is an advantage.
- High integrity and commitment to confidentiality of data.
