Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Following up all incoming leads from all sales channels
- Doing outbound call to sales database
- Provide all information needed by buyers regarding the properties, payments option and buying process
- Assist sales team to create visit schedule with prospective buyers
- Daily reporting of leads source, classification and follow up result
Requirements:
- Have minimum 1-year work experience in Telesales/Telemarketing
- Experience in high-ticket items product (Property, automotive)
- Have a commitment to follow up all leads and working in fast-paced start-up
- Able to speak clearly and directly through a friendly tone
- Understand the sales process loves to talk to new people in daily basis
- Excellent in data reporting (spreadsheet, excel)
