- Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for the Jakarta company, recruitment, employment and resignation, compensation, employee relations, performance, and benefits; (负责雅加达公司,招聘、入离职、薪酬、员工关系、绩效、福利)
- Coordinate the relationship management between Chinese employees; (统筹中方、印方员工关系管理)
- Assist managers to effectively manage the team, discover and diagnose existing problems and assist in solving them; (协助管理者有效管理团队,发现和诊断存在的问题并协助解决)
- Actively interact with management and employees, understand employee dynamics, pay attention to employee development, explore employee needs, establish and maintain positive employee relations and a good working atmosphere (主动与管理层及员工互动,了解员工动态,关注员工发展,挖掘员工需求,建立并维护积极的员工关系和良好的工作氛围。
- Requirements and skills
- Bachelor degree or above, more than 1 year of human resources related work experience, working background in Chinese-funded or large enterprises; (本科以上学历,1年以上人力资源相关工作经验,在中资或者大型企业工作背景;)
- Familiar with the process system of human resources work; (熟悉人力资源工作的流程体系)
- Familiar with local labor regulations in Indonesia; (熟悉印尼当地劳动法规)
- Chinese/Indonesian can be used as a communication language to adapt to multi-cultural work patterns; (中文/印尼语可作为沟通语言,适应多元文化下的工作模式)
