- As the Head Chef of BPG – Babi Putu Gede in Pererenan, you will play a key role in managing the kitchen and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the restaurant. Formerly known as BPG – Babi Guling Putu Gede Junior, we are a newly established restaurant specializing in Babi Guling, offering both traditional and modern interpretations of this iconic Balinese dish.
- We will soon be expanding with a second outlet, and the restaurant currently has six full-time staff members, plus support staff. In this role, you will oversee the preparation of whole roasted pigs (guling) and ensure all dishes are crafted from scratch, following authentic traditional recipes.
- You will work under the direction of Executive Chef and Partner Agus, and we are seeking a candidate who can efficiently manage the kitchen as well as handle daily restaurant tasks. Proficiency in English is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the kitchen and staff
- Ensure high-quality preparation of traditional Babi Guling and other dishes

- Collaborate with the executive chef on menu development and kitchen management
