Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
- Report to Design manager / BIM manager and undertake the responsibilities regarding technical aspects of CSA (Civil, Structure, and Architecture) BIM of a construction project.
- Responsible for development of one or more aspect models as instructed by the CSA BIM Coordinators.
- Assist CSA BIM Coordinators in creating, updating, and revising BIM Models throughout the entire project life cycle.
- Create and update CSA BIM Models based on Project BIM Execution.
- Produce CSA BIM deliverables for design coordination and shop drawings production.
- Identify issues for CSA BIM Coordinators where discrepancies or potential clash issue occurs.
- Create REVIT parametric BIM families (CSA) with minimum LOD 400
- requirements.
Requirement:
- Minimum holding A Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
- Has Minimum 5 Years Experience as BIM Operator/Modeller
- Fluent communication skills in both Indonesian and English is a Must.
- Having experience to work in construction project that require multi-discipline BIM Design Coordination across MEP & CSA Work.
- Proficiency in REVIT and BIM360 or NAVISWORK.
- Proficiency in CAD and NAVISWORKS will be advantage.
- Has the ability to create REVIT Parametric BIM Families (CSA) with minimum LOD 300 requirements.
- Has the expertise and ability to produce Shop Drawings Fully in REVIT will be advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Familiar to working with deadline.
