Job Description
Requirements:
- 1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree, preferable from majoring in Law from a reputable university
- 2. Have working experience in Legal Asst Manager level minimum 4 years
- 3. Able to operate Microsoft Office (word, excel, power points)
- 4. Know how to provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues ( including internal wrongdoings, claims, disputes Legal actions, and court proceedings and handle the preparation of litigation or non-litigation cases, mediation, and police report)
- 5. Good legal knowledge of Indonesian corporate law, contract law, company law, and investment law
- 6. Having critical & analytical thinking and problem-solving skill.
- 7. Good communication in English & good negotiation skill
Job Detail:
- 1. Ensure the company’s license and legality are updated and in accord with current regulations, Prepare and review Legal Agreements, and NDA, make Legal Opinions regarding the latest employment provisions, and identify any potential risks and issues.
- 2. Handle the preparation of litigation or non-litigation cases, mediation, and police report
- 3. Compiling and summarizing Government laws, and regulations, and managing Online System Submission (OSS), LKPM, Sinas, etc
- 4. Drafting and reviewing various agreements and any other legal documents
- 5. Provide sound legal advice on any potential or actual legal issues (including internal wrongdoings, claims, disputes, legal actions, and court proceedings).
- 6. Support and assist business units to negotiate contracts with their business partners
- 7. Establish, review, and update internal policies, rules, or regulations related to legal and compliance matters.
- 8. Ensure that industrial relations can be established in a conducive and harmonious manner, both internally and externally so that there are no industrial relations problems
