- Attend Pre-shift handover meeting and take a note to prioritizing work base on MSR list.
- Proactively to have a positive feedback and questions during handover shift meeting.
- Daily walk patrol to maintain housekeeping and Safety issues finding.
- Arrange manpower and determine proper equipment for the work purpose.
- Maintain and actively implement SHE programs and responsibility (involve identify, mitigate and monitor SHE risk), including SHE Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard, requirements and procedure applied and to confirm the execution of the SHE Responsibility meet the intended outcome.
- Job Requirement
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Civil Engineering.
- Min. 1 year’s professional experience preferably in Earthwork Company
- Understand HSE principle in all aspect of Base Operation
- Possess broad knowledge in Earthwork system.
- must be able to effectively communicate verbally with employees, external vendors, owners and general contractors.
- Good analytical and supervisory skill.
- Work flexible hours to accommodate job requirements.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written is an advantage.
