Job Description
Responsibilities:
Push Marketing:
- Design, execute, and optimize front and back margin marketing programs tailored for general trade partners to
- improve sales and profitability. This includes managing financial incentives and strategic partnerships to drive
- product demand which includes gimmicks, giveaways, performance incentives for Mitras and end users
- (farmers).
Platform Marketing:
- Oversee the development and management of marketing campaigns on the platform, including the
- configuration of vouchers, discounts, and benefits to engage farmers and agri stores. Ensure these programs
- drive customer acquisition and retention which includes analysis and management of the growth accounting,
- customer segmentation and prioritization, and hypothesis testing.
Marketing Program Mix:
- Develop a mix of marketing strategies that effectively balance push and platform marketing to support overall
- business objectives. This includes designing campaigns that optimize product sell-through and inventory
- movement.
KPI Management:
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to marketing activities. Focus on
- improving sales, optimizing cost efficiency, and driving sell-out performance of AgriAku’s products.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to align marketing programs with broader business
- objectives, ensuring that initiatives are executed seamlessly across departments. Ultimately crafting product
- development and sales programs that support the overall growth of the business including its execution on the
- ground together with related teams
Budget Management:
- Manage marketing budgets for both push and platform marketing programs, ensuring a high return on
- investment (ROI) while meeting financial objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Use data analytics to assess the effectiveness of marketing programs, identify areas for improvement, and
- adjust strategies as necessary.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within general trade or platform marketing.
- Proven track record in managing sales-driven marketing programs, including vouchers, discounts, and other
- promotional strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions based on insights.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work cross-functionally with multiple teams.
