Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and control the productivity of mechanics and service staff in achieving targets.
  • Control customer complaints to improve service quality.
  • Report and analyse the percentage of rework on repaired units.
  • Controlling and analysing spare parts used for repair/service
  • Controlling and ensuring the team’s work activities are in accordance with the SOP.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in the same position at least 2 years
  • Understand the work flow of the service process at car dealerships
  • Placement Palu or Malalayang
