Currently we are open position for:
- RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (SKIN CARE)
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop new formulations and provide recommendations to improve or customize formulas, processes, or analytical methods respective to the formula
- Responsible for the development of skincare product formulation including personal care, Traditional medicines (OT), and Household Health Supplies (PKRT) products.
- Lead and develop the Reserach and Development team
- Carry out any additional assignments as directed by Reserach and Development Management.
- Ensure stability and efficacy according to project requirements
- Issue product specifications as required and maintain relevant data throughout each product’s development.
- Verify formula reproducibility before initial production run with lab-scale up.
- Responsible for the formulation process, trial, and validation
- Responsible for the results of laboratory-scale testing and product development scale
- Maintain adherence to cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practice), and product compliance according to BPOM and other foreign FDAs (for export)
- Responsible for product registration documentation including PIF
Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum of 5 years experience in Reserach and Development in the Cosmetics industry preferably in skincare and a minimum of 5 years experience in a management role ( manager/ assistant manager)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, or equivalent
- Strong leadership with interpersonal skills
- Innovative, self-motivated, with good communication skills and strong analytical thinking
- Able to work under pressure
- Having knowledge about formulation, trial, small/ large production process
- Having knowledge about the registration of cosmetic products, traditional medicines (OT), and Household Health Supplies (PKRT)
- Understand Halal certification
