Job Description
- Responsible for reviewing, improving and implementing service in CGV especially in Premium Class (Human, Product and Facility Service)
- Research and develop best practices and apply it to improve operational efficiency and service quality through internal and external source of information.
- Assist Cinema Site to develop and deliver improvement locally.
- Gather customer insight
- Actively promoting Premium Class to achieve target
Job Requirements:
- Min. bachelor degree (Preferably in Hospitality Service)
- Experience in customer relationship function or related fields
- Customer relation management
- Great analytical thinking skills
- Detail oriented
- Good appearance
- Excellent communication skills in English / Bahasa Indonesia
- Experienced in F&B / Fine Dining Restaurant / 4-5 Star Hotel / Executive Lounge
- Proven ability to lead and manage the whole work process ideally within a corporate or hospitality environment
