Job Description
- Job Purpose
- Assist Head of Marketing in creating annual digital marketing strategy, budget, and execution
- Develop, control, and review all digital & content marketing related activities
- Improve company’s brand exposure, brand awareness and drive lead generation via digital platforms
- Analyze company’s presence on web, social media and upcoming digital platforms
- Accountabilities
- Expertise in all digital marketing and digital content management initiatives; from planning, strategy formulation, to execution
- Solid understanding of the digital funnel to ensure proper tracking and measurement of marketing activities.
- Create initiatives and strategic marketing campaigns that promote Premier’s brand, project/products, and services through websites, social media and third-party digital collaborations i.e. platforms, marketplaces, agents, apps and other digital media
- Develop and monitor regular reports of digital and social media assets performance
- Evaluate new digital tools and technologies to optimize current marketing campaigns and digital marketing campaign, such as email marketing, social media display, and search advertising
- Maintain relationships and communication with external parties (consultants, digital marketing agencies, and vendor partners) that support current digital marketing projects – if any
- Manage annual digital project marketing department budget and ensure the budget spent accordingly
- Provide the best content digital marketing practices based on the analysis of competitors marketing and branding activity to get inspired and determine strategy
- Maintain critical documentation on daily basis in accordance to established standard (if any)
- Introduce enhancements to digital workflow process and guidelines to improve and innovate overall digital execution including risk management
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia/Communication or related field
- Min. 1year related working experience in relevant fields, such as digital marketing, social media, dan digital engagement
- Proficiency in all mainstream social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and consumer behavior on social media platforms
- Ability in content planning, Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, 3D Cad, Premier, SketchUp, Final Cut Pro
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (text, image, video), presentation and communication skills
- Highly motivated, high attention to detail, able to prioritize demands under tight deadlines
- High proficiency skill in English.
