- We are seeking a KOL (Key Opinion Leaders) Relations Manager to establish, manage, and maintain collaborations with bloggers, influencers, and other key figures. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a deep understanding of brand promotion and industry trends. You will be responsible for selecting and vetting KOLs, devising and executing collaboration strategies, and working closely with internal teams to ensure that collaboration activities meet brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with KOLs to establish collaboration relationships and sign partnership agreements
- Source and select KOLs, ensuring alignment with brand values
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise suitable collaboration plans and activity strategies
- Oversee the execution of collaboration activities, ensuring timely completion and achievement of desired outcomes
- Maintain close communication with KOLs, promptly address issues, and provide support as needed
- Monitor and analyze collaboration performance, provide improvement suggestions, and continuously optimize collaboration strategies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in KOL or brand collaboration
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with collaborators from diverse backgrounds
- Deep understanding of brand promotion and industry trends, with the ability to devise effective collaboration strategies
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan and execute collaboration activities
- Strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate closely with internal teams to achieve common goals
- Proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate fluently and write relevant documents
